Proposals for Advisory Services are customized to fit precisely with client needs and provided at no charge to our prospective clients. After a thorough analysis of a client’s desired deliverables and needs, GWA first confirms the availability of specific Advisors with relevant expertise and proposes a preliminary scope of work and cost estimate. A final priced Advisory Services proposal is provided after receiving client feedback to the preliminary scope and estimate. GWA tailors Advisory Services agreements to efficiently meet client needs, schedules, and budgets. Depending upon specific circumstances, Advisory Services may be provided either by a single Advisor or a team of Advisors and/or Partners. The duration of an Advisory Services agreement can be as short as one day or span multiple weeks, months, or years. Advisory Services fees can either be invoiced based upon tabulated time sheet totals or on a fixed fee basis under a retainer agreement.
